CBP Service Corp’s Unique, broad-based approach to construction monitoring enables the company to provide the lender with a degree of reporting and specialized method of cost factoring which significantly exceed industry standards.
Through its own proprietary data base, CBP can more precisely determine and evaluate all expenditures. CBP focuses not on any one specific discipline of the construction process but, rather, devotes an equal degree of attention and scrutiny to evaluating all construction trades and specialties.
The company’s well qualified team of architects, engineers and construction specialists cover every facet of the construction project. Effectively. Efficiently. Unobtrusively. Accurately determining the percentage of completion and compliance with the contract documents.
The CBP team then provides its Recommendation for Advancement to the leader in a responsible and timely manner- usually within one or two working days for a verbal report and no more than five working days for detailed written and photographic documentation. The evaluation also makes note of potential problems which may delay or jeopardize the project’s progress or completion.

Construction Document and Cost Reviews
To ascertain that all submitted construction documents conform with accepted construction practices and that the documents reflect the proposed project. Project costs area also reviewed to determine the adequacy of the proposed budget and distribution of loan proceeds within each specific line item.
Construction Evaluation Reports
Periodic site observations evaluate the quality and progress of construction for the purpose of funds disbursement. During this on-site observation, submitted construction documents are also carefully checked for substantial compliance. Actual progress is compared to the contractor’s submitted schedule to determine the present feasibility of the projected completion date.
Written reports are submitted following each site observation, including photographic documentation of the work.
"Cost To Complete" Studies
Includes a description, both written and photographic of the completed work on a particular construction project indicating perceived percentages of completion for each individual trade. A concise estimate is prepared and submitted, showing what the client could expect to spend to complete the project based on compliance with the submitted construction documents.
Building Condition Reports
Evaluates the condition of the component parts of a building or structure with complete photographic documentation and detailed narrative describing anticipated future maintenance problems and estimated cost for correction complete with a defered maintenance schedule.
